In March 2021, all services, spare parts and software services of NATUS Medical were transferred to Voss Medizintechnik in Hamburg

Under its new ownership, a new business unit has been established to secure support and service for the world-wide installed base of Oscilla devices.

We have a strong team of experienced Oscilla technicians in Germany and Denmark, where we have founded a company named OSCILLA ApS, ready to help you.    

The service is not only offered to users such as practices, clinics or companies, we also cooperate with distributors or audiometer maintenance services. From software service to initial parts supply, we are here to serve you. If individual spare parts are not available at short notice, we reproduce them having official authorization.
